Return window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Condition for return
Because our products are designed for use on your skin, we can only accept returns on items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. This helps us keep every product safe and hygienic for the next person — thank you for understanding.

Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or isn't working as expected, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we'll sort out a replacement or refund — no need to send it back first in most cases.

How to start a return
Email us at support@wrennrest.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll walk you through the next steps.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
