Came in a pouch. stone seems to be real rose quarts. although there are a scratches, the edges are rounded abd smooth.

Very pretty stone, the quality is very good. I was expecting something larger; I saw it bigger in the market but it doesn't matter. I think it will do just fine and will achieve the effect I'm expecting, so I'm very happy.
