3. Products & Pricing

  • All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.
  • Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time you complete checkout.
  • We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, sizes, and details accurately, but we don't guarantee that your device's display will reflect the exact appearance of the product.
  • In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed.

4. Orders & Payment

  • By placing an order, you're making an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion (for example, in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors).
  • Payment is processed at the time of order through our secure payment provider (Shopify Payments). We do not store your full payment card details.
  • You're responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information. We're not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect information provided at checkout.

Our products (including the Ice Face Roller, Gua Sha Stone, and Contoured Sleep Mask) are intended for external cosmetic use only. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. If you have a skin condition, are pregnant, or have any health concerns, please consult a physician before use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, product photography, and design — is the property of Wren & Rest or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
